We will determine the best shipping method and charge your card with the total amount including shipping when the order leaves our office. If you have a preferred shipping method or account number, please note it when you place the order in the comments box.
We strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance - if you do not, we do not guarantee the shipment will arrive as promised, we will not re-ship the order unless we receive payment again from you. If you purchase insurance and the order arrives damaged or incomplete, there is no problem to send you out more merchandise as applicable.
We do not ship C.O.D.
Outside the U.S./Canada/Europe - we only ship when bank draft payment has been received by our office (credit cards not accepted from Asia, Africa, Middle East, etc)
We accept returns, depending on the situation. You MUST contact us prior to returning an item, items returned without a RMA number will be refused. When you contact us, we will give you instructions as to how to return the item.
